Delegate Fast moves to amend the bill on page one, section five-i, lines one and two, by striking out the words “A person may not waste a game animal, game bird or game fish (hereinafter referred to as “game”) that has been wounded, killed or taken while hunting or fishing.”  and inserting in lieu thereof the words “A person shall be assessed the amounts set forth in W.Va. §20-2-5a(a) 1-12 for the waste of game animals, game birds, or game fishes (hereinafter referred to as “game”) that have been unlawfully wounded, killed or taken while hunting or fishing.”

And,

On page one, section five-i, line seventeen, by striking out the words “Any person violating the provisions” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “In addition to the monetary penalties set forth in subsection (a), a person convicted of violating said provisions”.
